Lagomics · About

Ground truth for agentic biology.

Biology is moving toward agents that design candidates and models that predict how proteins interact. Both still need measured binding at scale to close the loop. Lagomics builds pooled, barcoded, sequencing-based validation that returns a quantitative interaction matrix: structured ground truth for the next generation of design and prediction workflows.

Founded by a team fluent in wet-lab bioengineering and production software, the rare overlap where bench science and compute meet to turn pooled assays into ground truth agents and models can act on.

Biology has a Longitude Problem. It has rich instrumentation but no reliable coordinate for interaction ground truth at scale. We're building the measurement layer biology never had so you can navigate from measured interactions, not sparse proxies.

Why Lagomics

Biology should be lagom
balanced, efficient, and grounded in real signal

Design agents and prediction models generate candidates faster than traditional validation can keep up.
Lagomics runs pooled, barcoded, sequencing-based experiments that return a quantitative interaction matrix instead of one pair at a time.
The long-term direction is AI-native: structured interaction data that design pipelines, prediction models, and eventually agents can act on directly.
