Lagomics applies its design and validation platform to therapeutic targets in diseases where current treatments manage symptoms but do not address underlying biology. Our current focus is women's health, starting with endometriosis, a condition affecting over 190 million people worldwide with no approved disease-modifying therapy.
We design novel proteins against validated disease targets, run them through quantitative validation, and advance candidates through development milestones. We drive our therapeutic programs through preclinical work and into clinical trials, with partners on specific capabilities where it makes sense.
Our platform supports multiple protein formats and is built to meet the developability and selectivity requirements of therapeutic programs from the earliest design stage.
